Having successfully hit the targets for Joint Venture I, Joint Venture II was researched and created, this time operated by Arch.
Within Joint Venture II, the aim was to increase the reach of operations whilst continuing to offer the same returns and capital growth. Subsequently properties were sourced beyond the Docklands heartland of the previous fund. Joint Venture II was successfully launched and reached all targets. With the operational dynamics of Nice Groups structure, all properties were refurbished, extended where possible and fully let enabling further equity release and continued residential investment.
