Paul Dipino is one of the founder members of Nice Capital.

Paul has over 14 years experience in the UK property industry, spanning commercial and residential real estate:

• Founder Annan Properties, a private property company specialising in retail investment and mixed-use retail and residential redevelopments (2003–)
• Partner, Morgan Williams, a niche investment, agency and development consultancy. Responsible for retail, advising clients such as Tesco, Deutsche Bank, Prudential, Legal & General and Merrill Lynch on all aspects of commercial property acquisition, disposal and development (1997–2003)
• Associate, Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, one of the world’s largest real estate consultancy firms (1995–1997)

He is also a shareholder in a number of private companies including Nice Group Ltd. and Airline Warehouse Ltd.

Paul has a degree BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Central England and is a members of the Royal Institution of chartered surveyors (MRICS).
