Martin Skinner is the CEO and founder of the Nice Group. The company has grown rapidly under Martin's leadership and currently has over £200m of assets under management.

Martin spent the early part of his career as an entrepreneur during the internet boom:

• Founding, managing and selling internet design company Dotcom Initiative in 2001, which led to him being named in Who's Who Young Entrepreneurs
• Subsequently, he headed up development at Connect Support Services, a Fast-Track 100-listed company

His transition into property investment and management began with a high-yielding, high-growth private residential portfolio, the success of which lay the foundations for the formation of the Nice Group in 2003.

Martin is also a partner in Nice Capital LLP and a number of other property related businesses including British Danubian Trade Development Company Ltd.

Martin graduated with a BSc in Business Computing from the University of Surrey and is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD).
