Guy Bullerwell is a co-founder of the Nice Group and the Managing Director of the building and development group, Nice Construction.

Guy has over 6 years grass-roots construction and project management experience, which began with high-yielding private investments. This experience helped lay the foundation for the formation of the Nice Group.

• Identification, acquisition & renovation of residential properties in London with strong value-add potential (i.e. development of existing space such as garages & lofts to maximise rental yield and resale value). Acting as both construction lead and project manager
• Construction of a residential development in Guilford from the ground up. The development was completed within 1 year, on time and on budget generating a profit of £250k
• Web Systems developer for Fast-Track 100-listed, Connect Support Services

Guy is also a partner in Nice Capital LLP and a number of other property companies.

Guy has a degree in Business and IT from the University of Surrey
