Charles Douglas is Managing Principal of Charles Douglas Solicitors. A solicitor with some 25 years City law firm experience, he has acted for UK and international clients across the corporate, property and finance sectors. Mr. Douglas has advised and litigated on behalf of major banks, property businesses, trading companies, finance companies, trust companies and charities.

Mr. Douglas set up Charles Douglas Solicitors in 2005 after a 20 year career with Carter Lemon Camerons, where he was a Partner from 1991–2004. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1985 having previously served as an Articled Clerk. Mr. Douglas graduated in Law and French (joint honours) from Manchester Polytechnic in 1982. He is a Trustee and director of various charities and trusts and a qualified Yachtmaster.
